When I arrived, I was greeted by Pat, explained exactly what I wanted and needed done. He quickly introduced me to Dom, my salesman, who showed me all options available to suit my needs. Without any pressure, he worked diligently to help me find what I liked. We even had pizza! Then, once I decided on my beautiful new Sonata, Dom went to work with Mike to make the deal "happen". Great teamwork within a very friendly, and professional atmosphere made me a very happy customer! Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, so I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend or family member needing a car, to any of your dealerships! Bravo! More

This was my first time ever buying a car and dreaded ever having to go into a dealership after going with friends and other family members in the past to other dealerships. This was a totally different exper having to go into a dealership after going with friends and other family members in the past to other dealerships. This was a totally different experience for me. They worked within my budget, were kind, courteous, patient, and not that stereotypical car salesmen that shoves a car down your throat when you first walk in the door. Especially when Mike E greeted me at he door-it felt genuine. Not like a piranha waiting for bait as most car places have made me feel like when I've gone before with friends. It really eased my mind that he knew what I wanted and lead me in the right direction. I felt like they really listened. Dom was absolutely wonderful, he was so down to earth throughout the whole experience it definitely eased a lot of my anxiety coming in. He listened to what I wanted, talked to me as if I was a person- not a number or a sale. Mike T sat with me and walked me through the financial process which was never my strong point so beyond words- I'm grateful. At the end, I was congratulated by Pat. It just felt like everyone celebrated this huge milestone of my first experience of owning my first car. Thank you guys for being so genuine and kind. It meant a lot. My experience at Lester Glenn Hyundai and especially dealing with Dominic Cuomo was exceptional. I brought my 2010 Accent in for service and found myself in love with the new 2013 4 door Accent but did dealing with Dominic Cuomo was exceptional. I brought my 2010 Accent in for service and found myself in love with the new 2013 4 door Accent but didnt want to think about buying a new car at the time. Dominic took time to just talk to me , no pressure, just discussing the xxxxxxand cons. It resulted that his detailed explanation and the price (with the great rebates included) was great. I didnt hesitate to purchase my new 2013 Accent. During this visit I was accompanied by my father, who is also a loyal Lester Glenn customer. He also traded in his Hyundai and went with a Lease on a new Sante Fe. Dominic took the time to go through the features in detail, help with the set up of bluetooth and made sure my parents personal belongings were put in the new car. There is no enough to be said about the dealership and Dominic.
