THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE from this dealership and I am generally quite pleased with their service. I recently had a second recall on my leased 2021 Ford Escape and was quite surprised of their having "hom generally quite pleased with their service. The service person who came to my home to service this recall had called to tell me he was on his way, arrived quickly and completed the recall in a short amount of time right in my garage. He was pleasant, easy to speak with and offered much info on Ford's recall process. All service people should be like him.
