The service concierge did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle, offered to check on it multiple times and did so in a calm and very pleasant manner. 4 Times in 4 Weeks I've had Lincolns for over ten years. I love my MKZ but the Service department doesn't want to spend the money to fix the sensor problem I am having. I've had Lincolns for over ten years. I love my MKZ but the Service department doesn't want to spend the money to fix the sensor problem I am having. The service Manager Chris tried to force me to take back the car without it being fixed. He was condescending to me on the phone and informed me that with the loaner car "I can't take it out of my immediate area let alone the state" which has led me to cancel many appointments for work which in turn has cost me income. It has been over 2 weeks with no communication or timeline when I can get the car back. "They just don't know what to do" is what we keep getting told. In return they gave me a loaner car that is not properly inspected, filthy, smells, and no valid registration card in the car. They tried to "give me a deal" to get me into a Navigator (which was the plan all along when this lease is up). But the "deal" from Causeway's was $100-$150 more than I was quoted for the same exact car on their website. Very disappointed. I am paying $633 between lease and insurance that Causeway has had 4 times in 4 weeks and I haven't seen in over two weeks straight. More

I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was told it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and no call. I leave a message. No return call. I call Thursday, no return call. Friday I get a call that the car is done. I go to pick it up and right away I noticed three big scratches on my drivers side door. One scratch is a dent!! I told the cashier and she told me to call in a few days (they are closed for a few days) and bring it back to get it fixed. If it wasn't for the dent, I wouldn't bother with this place again. I really do not want to drive another 45 minutes one way so they can fix their huge mistake. But I will attempt to call and hopefully they will fix this for free. Never going to this place again. Ford sucks. More

Buyers beware. Please do not purchase an extended warranty from Causeway. Restrictions apply and are geared to tie you into going there and not to another Ford dealer to have repairs performed. My family and I will no longer lease or purchase vehicles from this dealership. More

The part came in but they said it was damaged and had to order another one. Allegedly it came in and was supposed to be done yesterday but nothing. Still waiting, had a rental car for 8 days now. No offer of a loaner, just give us the rental bill and we will submit it to Ford to see if they will pay for it. No more service from them, I'd rather drive to another dealership. More
Dropped off a 2013 Ford Explorer for repair and 5 days later part still hasnt arrived. I would think Ford Motor and the Dealerships would have a better system w communicating true eta dates with their parts. No followup with Ford as to why it hasnt arrived. They sure communicate great when its time to buy or lease a new vehicle. Disgraceful handling of this, no regard for my not having a vehicle for a week, no offering of loaner vehicle, just incompetence. I am on vacation far from home and now forced to pick up a car that still has engine trouble light on and stalls and drive it back home to have it repaired there. I'd avoid repairs at this dealership or leasing a Ford at all costs. More
