Made an 'appointment" for service on my Expedition (front heat-AC blower not running, assist step passenger side inoperative & oil change) - called for appointment on Thursday, 03 September 2020 and was told heat-AC blower not running, assist step passenger side inoperative & oil change) - called for appointment on Thursday, 03 September 2020 and was told that the "first available drop off appointment" was "next week" and to check in on Wednesday, 09 Sept 2020 at 1030, which I did. Was asked when I checked in "Is it OK if we maybe have to keep the vehicle overnight?", to which I said certainly. Called the next afternoon to check on the status of my repairs - was told my vehicle was not yet "in the shop" but was "next in line" to go in. Got call later that afternoon saying a part was ordered for the heater blower, and it would be in on Friday. Called again on Friday afternoon for status update and was advised "The part for blower came in late today, and the assist step is not working and will require additional evaluation & charge" - an addition $125 charge to the $125 to diagnose blower not working. I passed on assist step and said proceed with blower repairs. Was told "Since the blower came in late and we don't work on Saturdays so your vehicle will be worked on when we return on Monday". Called mid-afternoon on Monday, 14 Sept to check on repairs status and asked when I could come get vehicle. Was advised that my vehicle was not in the shop yet, but "It's NEXT to go in". (Sound familiar?) Was told I would get a call when it was done. Tuesday, 15 Sept. 1400 hours I call AGAIN to check on vehicle since no one had called me - placed on hold for 10 minutes while they located my "alternate service advisor" (since the initial advisor I was dealing with the previous week had gone on vacation). Was advised by the person who answered the phone who, after speaking with my "alternate advisor", told me that that my vehicle was done and ready for pick-up. As I was arranging for a ride to the dealership an hour later I received another call from my "alternate advisor" who stated my vehicle was just finished and ready to pick up. Suffice to say, 6+ days to replace a heater/AC blower motor is just this side of ridiculous. Were it not for a "touchy" back/discs I would have crawled under the dash and done it myself - maybe 2 hours of work, after a trip to my local Autozone for the blower motor, and apparently a frayed wire connection, and I would have been back on the road. But at this dealership, it took just shy of 150 hours, and not ONE SINGLE "Gee, we're sorry it took so long". Never again - never a Ford vehicle again since this is the only Ford dealership within reasonable driving distance. More

I was taken back about her autocratic way she took my information. I guess the word I can use is condescending. On a scale of 1 to 10 on a annoyance factor I would give her a nine. When I arrive at your service department for my appointment I was met with a young man who informed me in a very professional and friendly manner to see my service advisor. That's when I met Becca Vander horn who was a pleasure to talk to you about my service. Becca is an asset to your business she informed me about my service options what I needed for my explorer and I thought what a difference in the way I was treated by Becca. she turned my opinion of your service department from poor to excellent.
