No show for recall parts Told me to bring my vehicle down for a recall on my 2011 Ford Escape only to tell me that the parts were not in stock. Lost the use of my vehicle for a whole day not to mention wasting my time and gas for nothing. They did fix 1 tire that had a nail in it. Charged me $30.00 dollars for that. Should have done it for free. More

Our whole experience there was incredible, so when my lease was up this year, there was nowhere else we'd want to go, we visited Wallace again and he took great care of us!! Chad Scanlon was our salesperson for the day and both him and Wallace made the experience so easy and stress-free. We live over an hour away but it was so worth the drive in order to have such great service, free of pressure or pushing sales. Chad was very knowledgeable about the different car models we looked at, and they both worked with us on the pricing until we felt comfortable. I would recommend Causeway Ford time and time again. I'll never go to another dealership!!! More

I had a great experience at Causeway Ford. I was in need of a certified pick up. I took a trip to Causeway Ford to check some out. Right away I was greeted by Herb and from then on He started s I was in need of a certified pick up. I took a trip to Causeway Ford to check some out. Right away I was greeted by Herb and from then on He started showing me trucks he thought id be interested in. Within a couple hours I was on my way with the truck I wanted most. Car was serviced and returned to me damaged I lease a Ford Focus. A harness broke and Caueway Ford was the dealership around that had the quickest appointment. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was told it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and no call. I leave a message. No return call. I call Thursday, no return call. Friday I get a call that the car is done. I go to pick it up and right away I noticed three big scratches on my drivers side door. One scratch is a dent!! I told the cashier and she told me to call in a few days (they are closed for a few days) and bring it back to get it fixed. If it wasn't for the dent, I wouldn't bother with this place again. I really do not want to drive another 45 minutes one way so they can fix their huge mistake. But I will attempt to call and hopefully they will fix this for free. Never going to this place again. Ford sucks. More

Greatest Car Buying Experience Ever!! I recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln Navigator from a Lincoln Sales Consultant Jennifer Maier. Jennifer took her time with me, and choose the most PERF I recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln Navigator from a Lincoln Sales Consultant Jennifer Maier. Jennifer took her time with me, and choose the most PERFECT vehicle that she knew would fit my needs. We went over what I needed to have in my new vehicle, and she pulled it up for me. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Everything about the Lincoln is wonderful. Wallace Moore was the Sales Manager who made the process as smooth as could be. Michael Vanacore was the Finance Manager who explained everything throughly to me about my lease. I'm so happy to become part of the Causeway Family, and will definitely recommend others to Jennifer, Wallace and Michael. She also went above and beyond to get us the exact car we desired.
