broke my car and charged me to fix it. Had my oil changed and the heat sheild was never put back correctly and broke a transmission line. I have now been to the dealer twice for the same coolant leak, the first time i was told they pressure tested it, found no leaks, i then had to pressure test and diagnose the car my self, coolant thermostat housing leaking. Brought the car into ford to get it repaired (under warranty), got the car back Saturday around 1pm (dropped it off at 8:20am) drove it for about 2 hours, now around 3:30 when i got out i smelt coolant, brought it back into work on monday, pressure tested the system, the same leak yet again. More

I was greeted by a young man who opened the door for me and introduced me to a very nice salesman who took me to his desk. Of course, asked a few questions and replied, we will work at your pace. No pressure, a good listener and showed me a few cars that I had been interested in. I got the information I wanted, test drove it and said I would think about it. The next day I decided on the Lincoln Nautilus that looked like it was made for me! The process was quick, smooth and it was such a surprise to see my car on the red carpet!! I love it!
