My transmission blew and they said it could take up to 4 to 6 months. That’s not the problem, they said they will work to get me a loaner and it’s been 15 days and nothing. On my way home from my friend's house in Manahawkin my car started to run extremely rough and the engine light was on. I live 25 miles away. I didn't think I could make it home. They explained everything and by the end of the next day my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Causeway reneging on the complimentary oil changes to customers who purchased vehicle from them. Not good. Their Service Dept. has been very disorganized. From trying to make any appointment (get voice mail when call, online appt is a mess) to grease on door sills, to waiting 2.5 hours for oil change quoted as 1 hour wait, etc, etc. Now that they went back on their word and charging for oil changes, will take my business else where for service and my next purchase!!! The bar for an well run service department is Pinebelt Nissan in T.R. Wish I could take my Ford their or Causeway would try to improve and model them. More
