My 2008 Ford Focus with over 204,000 miles on it just up and decided that it was tired and needed to be retired. I was at Causeway Ford looking at used cars when Tony approached me and asked me what I was l and decided that it was tired and needed to be retired. I was at Causeway Ford looking at used cars when Tony approached me and asked me what I was looking for. I really didn't want to be there because I really didn't want to replace my Focus but it was time. Tony listened to me lament about my Focus and I told him my needs and he showed me a 2019 Taurus. I've had Taurus' before and it is a good, reliable car which Ford sadly doesn't make anymore as neither do they make the Focus. Anyway the Taurus had what I was looking for in a large trunk and I love the safety features of the warning signals while backing up and the blind spot signal on the side mirror. The heated steering wheel is wonderful and Tony was wonderful and I didn't feel pressured into buying a car right then even though we both knew that I needed a car. He took care of everything from phoning my insurance company, taking care of the registration and new tags and answering all of my questions. And yes, he even traded in my Focus. I am enjoying my Taurus and feel safer in it with its safety features. I have nothing but good to say about Tony and this dealership. More
Been dealing with Causeway for over 20 years and never had the experience I had in November 2022 when I bought out my leased car. Unbelievable the xxxx they can put you through. I do not want to go into had the experience I had in November 2022 when I bought out my leased car. Unbelievable the xxxx they can put you through. I do not want to go into details as my sales person was wonderful. The business manager not so much. Finally got the GM involved and the issue was finally taken care of. Was it easy to reach out and speak with the GM --- NO, but I was given the opportunity to leave him a voice message. Apparently it worked, he became involved and he has my respect for that and a THANK YOU. More
My transmission blew and they said it could take up to 4 to 6 months. That’s not the problem, they said they will work to get me a loaner and it’s been 15 days and nothing. I called 4 x and left messages, to 6 months. That’s not the problem, they said they will work to get me a loaner and it’s been 15 days and nothing. I called 4 x and left messages, and NOT one single call back. All I want is some communication on to what’s going on and not one single courtesy call to me back. To say I’m aggravated and disappointed is the least. More

On my way home from my friend's house in Manahawkin my car started to run extremely rough and the engine light was on. I live 25 miles away. I didn't think I could make it home. Causeway Ford was maybe 2 car started to run extremely rough and the engine light was on. I live 25 miles away. I didn't think I could make it home. Causeway Ford was maybe 2 miles away. I dropped it off there and put my key and info in their drop box for this was a Sunday. The next day I heard from them. They explained everything and by the end of the next day my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I couldn't ask for better service than what I got even IF it had taken a little longer to get my car back to me. More
Causeway reneging on the complimentary oil changes to customers who purchased vehicle from them. Not good. Their Service Dept. has been very disorganized. From trying to make any appointment (get voice m customers who purchased vehicle from them. Not good. Their Service Dept. has been very disorganized. From trying to make any appointment (get voice mail when call, online appt is a mess) to grease on door sills, to waiting 2.5 hours for oil change quoted as 1 hour wait, etc, etc. Now that they went back on their word and charging for oil changes, will take my business else where for service and my next purchase!!! The bar for an well run service department is Pinebelt Nissan in T.R. Wish I could take my Ford their or Causeway would try to improve and model them. More
