The service person who came to my home to service this recall had called to tell me he was on his way, arrived quickly and completed the recall in a short amount of time right in my garage. He was pleasant, easy to speak with and offered much info on Ford's recall process. All service people should be like him. On Monday I dropped my car off for a warrantied replacement of my interior sun roof shade. End of day Tuesday I’m told it’s done and go to pick it up. I find that the roof is FILTHY. I am told to leave it and it will be “detailed” today. There is now a dried water/dirt stain around the roof panel. The car was dropped off for “my convenience” after two people looked at it to make sure it was clean. This looks like someone took a wet wipe to the mess, that is not detailing. The car was NOT brought in this way. Where is the quality control and service that we had a few years back? Four Fords from Causeway in the house currently. Doubt we’ll be back since Service is 3/4 of a car purchase and it’s not the first issue. I have images uploaded to my google review. More
