Well, he made sure to take care of me in 2007 without even asking, I don't know what happened this past February though. I went in to purchase a brand new 2015 Colorado, and they wouldn't honor any discounts what so ever. No loyalty, no military, nothing. As much as I insisted on speaking to Tom, he wouldn't come out. And then the staff allowed the finance manager to disrespect my wife and I. And after my wife warned him he had one chance before I was going to warn him, and he continued to belittle my wife and I because we caught them in a lie. And then I spoke up, and the room cleared and we left the area. If they would've just come clean with us, we would've signed the contract. But, because of Tom's lackluster performance as a dealership owner, and his staffs xxxx poor handling of repeat customers, I took my business to Ferman Chevy of Tarpon. Just like MANY OTHERS HAVE DONE. EVEN TOM'S OWN EMPLOYEES GO TO FERMAN, AND THEN HE FIRES THEM THE NEXT DAY. HE IS NOT LOYAL TO ANYONE, EXCEPT HIMSELF. And no Tom, I don't want to contact you to resolve this. There is nothing you can do to resolve this issue. I've known you since the 90's, we share the same title, Marine, we're Brothers, and you turned your back on me. And you didn't do anything except stay in your office and allow your staff to be horrible to us, so now, I'm going to make sure everyone knows how you really are. We shall remain "Semper Fidelis" to Ferman from here on out, you can bet on that. More

That was two Malibu's ago. This is a great car. My wife and I have always respected Mr. and Mrs. Castriota and thank Mr. Caastriota for his service to our country. Thank You. As for service, this time around was even better then the last visit years ago. Our sales person was Blanche Bosley and let me tell you she was like a family member to us. We were never uncomfortable, in fact snacks are offered. The best deal was found and thanks to Brent White, he was able to do better. WOW! A beautiful eco friendly 2015 Chevy Malibu LX. Perfect again for my petite wife as a daily driver and big enough for my six foot 160 pound frame to drive four hours to Fort Lauderdale comfortably. Thanks again to Blanche, Brent and the Castriotas for going that extra mile putting my beautiful wife in an equally beautiful car. My wifes' heart was set on that car and Blanche did it. You made my wife happy which means no more test driving Chevy's on saturdays. LOL Thanks again. We are very satisified. More

More money in my pocket. I really like the car. It feels solid and is easy to drive and a good looking car. I want the car for going on trips and feel it will be good on the highway. We purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox on March 30. We had done our research on the vehicle and gathered all the known facts we could find before going in to make an offer. Debbie was our Sales Lady and we enjoyed dealing with her. She was NOT pushy....she WAS patient and consistent throughout the purchasing process. The 1rst time my husband went in to make an offer he dealt with a sales manager who was not real "user friendly" It wasn't that we felt that way because he didn't meet our offer....he just didn't seem "user friendly" However the 2nd time we went in we dealt with a very congenial man by the name of Dale (Mini Cooper). He took the edge off and was very pleasant to be around. Mr. Castriota came over to us and struck up a conversation. He was a very down to earth man and we enjoyed and appreciated his kindness. The man who handled the financial end of things was named Al. He made a very tedious process as pleasant as it could be. Over all we really enjoyed working with Debbie, Dale, and Al. We have only had the car for a couple of days.....but so far we are very pleased. More
PLEASE READ MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....You are just a number to these people......First, let me say 3 years ago I bought a brand new car from this dealership....my sales representative was nice, however number to these people......First, let me say 3 years ago I bought a brand new car from this dealership....my sales representative was nice, however the finance representative was rude. The service manager was dropped the ball on me a few times with my vehicle for service. The last 3 years I hardly had any problems with my car, so on Saturday, November 23, 2013 I was looking to purchase either a Malibu or Impala brand new and decided that my bad experience was a long time ago, so lets give them another chance. When we walked in we told the sales person that we very serious buyers and we were going to buy a car this day, and they also knew that we purchased a car from them 3 years ago. They came back with a really low offer on trade-in from the car I purchased for them, but I only wanted $500 more. The manager was extremely rude and told us when we did not like the trade in price he offered that "we better change our attitude" We WERE NOT rude to him at all, but they have such an attitude in that dealership where they are doing us a huge favor by selling us a car, instead of offering good customer service. We walked out and we have never done that before. I did purchase a car this day, but not from this dealership. All they had to do was just be nice, but they lost a sale. I purchase a ATS Cadillac from Dimmett, instead of purchasing a car from Castriota Chevrolet. Dimmett did give us more for our trade-in by $750 then Castriota and gave us great customer service. Normally, I let these kind of things go and don't take the time to write a review, but I am still stunned by how badly we were treated. There are so many other dealership out there, PLEASE buy from someone who will appreciate your business, because they just don't care. We were dressed down this day, because I wear suits all week and they treated us like poor white trash and had no idea that my husband is a store manager locally and that I touch so many people in my profession. I am currently Sales Manager to different funeral homes in Pasco and Hernando County and during my next sales meeting that I am going to conduct I am going to let everyone know my experience and use them as an example of bad customer service and HOW NOT treated people. Yes, one person can make a difference with word of mouth.... and just think how much money Castriota Chevrolet spends in advertising to acquire just one customer (ROI) and how one BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE can destroy their reputation!!! More
Spotted a 2012 Equinox online at a great price. Drove down from Tallahassee and stopped in while on business. I got a good price for my trade in and was on my way in about 2 hours. This is our second experience with Castriota. We purchased a vehicle in 2010, and loved our Equinox. This time, we decided to lease a 2013 Equinox. Jayne Meyer made the process easy. She had worked purchased a vehicle in 2010, and loved our Equinox. This time, we decided to lease a 2013 Equinox. Jayne Meyer made the process easy. She had worked with us before, and we were comfortable with her expertise and product knowledge. The big difference in Castriota versus other dealerships...integrity. We had discussed leasing with a different team member. Once she checked her files to see whom we had worked with before, she immediately asked us if she could have Jane assist us. She would not attempt to take a potential contract off of a co-worker. Now that's what I call teamwork, and real integrity. We were taken thru the leasing process in thorough detail, and were able to make an informed decision. We wanted to take our 'old' car home to give it a cleaning & vacuuming, but Jane felt that it wasn't necessary. She made it a seamless transition for us to move our few items into the new vehicle. We were able to quickly work out the details of our lease, have the older car's note, paid off, and the paperwork completed. We had decided at 2:15pm to get info on leasing an Equinox, and by 6:15, we were heading home in our new car. We went over the newer controls of the car, and toured the facility as well. This we were familiar with, as we only bring our car(s) to Castriota for service. Thank you once again, Jayne, for making our transaction easy and comfortable.
