While I have known the owners many years, I have always found their staff to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Customer service is their goal without being "pushy". When a problem has occurred, or a decision to be made, (i.e. purchase vs lease option), I felt fully supported throughout the process. Often several staff persons were involved to help me resolve issues or my purchase. I am INDEED grateful for their patience and efforts as I continue to use only Chevy products for my personal and business use. This recent experience involved both owners, several salespersons, including a new employee who was professional, courteous and supportive. I hope he (Will) remains as a Castriota employee. Both Debbie Razzano and Al, the world's finest finance officer and committed Chrisitian, have been with me throughout new transactions of 2016, Blanche assisted me both on Saturday and Monday. She is well familiar with the car industry and was extremely helpful. Debbie Razzano was my wonderful sales representative and she gave me an extremely complete overview of all the features on this vehicle as well as making sure that I was connected to the Onstar site. I have to say that Ms Razzano was well versed in the features on this vehicle and was very detailed throughout the sales process. Sales person great others not so great Debbie did a great job and was knowledgeable about the inventory. Unfortunately, not enough people on staff to finish the deal (had to come back the next day to do the paperwork), and the person Debbie had move my plate over just hand tightened the screws and did not bother to secure the plate properly. Obviously since it wasn't his deal he could care less. Nice!!! Even if he didn't have a tool to tighten it properly, at least let me know so I can finish the job. If that is the attitude after the sale, I won't be a customer for long. More

Tom Castriota is a great guy, very caring about the people who buy/lease his cars and goes out of his way to help you fit into the right car. If he doesn't have one on his lot, he finds one to meet your needs. He's a hands on type of person and treats you like family. I recently leased another Impala -- a 2016 -- and the sales rep. Debbie Razzano was outstanding. A credit to the dealership and a downright nice gal. Would definitely buy/lease from him again. More

We Had visited a couple dealerships in the pasco/pinellas area and did not receive any service. We felt like we were a burden to the sales people just asking to look at new Tahoes. Fortunately for us my wife found Castriota Chevrolet in Hudson. We contacted them the next day and that's when we met Brittany. From the moment we started dealing with her we knew we had an aggressive saleswoman with experience. Her first offer to us was straight forward; none of the hidden fees , she was upfront and competitive from the beginning. Not only did she beat other dealer offers on the 2016 Tahoe but she also gave us a great deal on trade in. We were so happy with Brittany and her service. Excellence and Great Service This is the 5th car we have purchased from this dealer and because of the service and personnel we have no problem driving from Largo to Hudson. The last 4 vehicles purchased were bought through the same salesman, Jim Gilliam. Jim has always been extremely courteous and accommodating, sometimes going out of way to get paperwork accomplished. He has even driven to Largo to meet us when we have been unable to get to Hudson. Everyone we have encountered at the dealership has been friendly and always willing to help. The service department always tries to accommodate our schedule since we come from so far away. We also like the new car clinic they have for all new car owners. My husband and I will not go anywhere else. More
