A bad start but a great finish I made a 45 minute drive out to the dealership for a very specific vehicle I had in mind after speaking to them the night before and twice that day. When I was 10 minutes away I got a call that the truck sold. Not a good beginning. However on arrival the salesperson had over options for me and I ended up purchasing a vehicle I was very happy with. Test Drive w/Tampa Bay Auto Show Incentive card Carol is very professional. She listens to the customer. She understands the needs of the customer.. I was able to drive three different cars. Carol thoroughly explained the warranties & features, as well as options such as buying new vs. leasing. I wasn't referred to the website for further details. Also, Carol was very patient during the gift card rebate process although it may have seemed like I was a Test Drive Fanatic. Last month, my family and I went to the Tampa Bay Auto Show @The Tampa Convention Center Gift card rebates were given after each test drive. Unfortunately, the invitation code showed as invalid today and no record although it had been regisered after The Tampa Bay Auto show and never used at another dealership. Yet, Csrol maintained her professional demeanor. In short, I was able to use the phone to call Chevrolet's customer service. There was no record of the code. Later, The situation was resolved in order to receive the gift card. In short, Carol and the other sales associates are very hardworking and eager to help all customers. Castriota Chevrolet allows a customer to make informed decisions without the typical sales bait & switch tactics. That is my tip!! More

Very inattentive!! Came in to test drive a 2014 2500HD LTZ on Sunday 12/18/16 it was a very beautiful truck. When it came time to do the finance seemed like they didn't Came in to test drive a 2014 2500HD LTZ on Sunday 12/18/16 it was a very beautiful truck. When it came time to do the finance seemed like they didn't want to sell it or work on selling it, so I told them i will come back with my own financing. I asked if the truck could be held for me and sales (Brittany Curatolo) said yes she will put it in the back for me. Next day did my own finance for the truck, got approved. When I called Castriota Monday three times (different people) with NO return phone call all day. Tuesday called around 12:30 got Terry Beard sales manager everything was talked over on the phone and good. I was going to come up and see Terry to drive the truck home. Come to find out the truck was not held for me and was sold. Will never go back and not recommended Castriota to anyone. Brittany was not a very good salesperson. NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS!!!! More

Since I live in Ft Myers, Brittany helped me get pre-approved before I made the trip to Hudson. Then, on the day that I came to look at the car, David did everything that he could to "hold" the car for me until I got there. When I arrived, there it was. A pre-owned 2008 Corvette, in immaculate condition and absolutely spotless. There were no surprises during the test drive. Everything worked perfectly fine, the oil had just been changed and all of the fluids were topped off. I decided that there was no way I was leaving the dealership in anything other than this car. Even though I didn't have ALL of the paperwork that I needed at signing, the team at Castriota made it happen. David and Brittany were there with me through every step of the process and I honestly can't thank them enough! I wish I could give them six stars because they deserve it! More
