Very unhappy second time buyer The staff seems to be very uneducated about the chevy product, my salesman told me that all trucks come with backup cameras when mine didn't and I ask The staff seems to be very uneducated about the chevy product, my salesman told me that all trucks come with backup cameras when mine didn't and I asked him about it he said I don't have one on the lot without one, plus he said the truck had a hitch, well it has a tow package but no hitch, so I asked him about that and they said I would have to pay for one so very frustrated I said well lets move on and I'll go somewhere else he said ok and hung up on me, this place is very unprofessional and rude the way I was treated as a second time buyer tells me they are only concern ed about the sale and not the customer, be carefull if you go there because all they say is yes but then can't deliver on there promise, very disappointed, think I twice before doing business there!!!!!! Sold out from under me. I had a buyers order on a used vehicle, rented a trailer to bring vehicle home and procured a bank check which I paid the fee.
