David was thrown into a situation where the truck I scheduled to see was sold the night before and the initial sales person Blanche, emailed me 15 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive at noon after a 1 hour and 20 minute drive. I understand that happens but once Blanche gave us a quick apology she said she was turning us over to David because she was with a customer. David stepped in and was able to make a sale by listening to our needs and finding a truck that fit our needs. The one disappointing thing is that Blanche, not once, during our 5 hours of being there came to check on us or ask if she could help. She gets paid for basically saying "the truck is not here and I am sorry" Let me get David he can help you. More
