FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP.... BEWARE!!!! If there was anything less than one star, that's what this dealership deserves. The management and staff are the worst people in the auto industry. No professionalism, bad customer service, no concern for their customers and out to defraud you of your money. I bought a 2014 Ford focus car from them in Dec 2019 and I was given a 3 month guarantee to bring the car back if i notice anything wrong with the car. I brought the back the car in a month and a half because of issues I notice while driving it. They refused to fix my car and asking me to; not only pay for the bad transmission but also to pay for the labor to open up the car for diagnosis. Please beware!!! don't ever go to this FOX Valley dealership on Golf road, in schaumburg. They lied about everything to get you to buy a car from them. The car guarantee is fake. Don't fall for this company....... More

I have been a client for 3 years. And he have all we went out of the way to take care of my needs. Ibring in my wife car for Service, because her warranty was about to run out.
