Got a good price and very fair trade on my car with minimal and friendly session with his manager (Patrick?) then had to hold my breath while they tried to find my car and they finally found just off the boat in Houston and got to me in less than 10 days. Hoping the service dept is just as good since VW dealers have pretty bad rep in this regard... More

I had some concerns about the built in phone feature that I'd seen act up in other cars and he was so great to help me test them out! When I came back a few days later to buy it was a breeze...great price on my trade, and and amazing value on the car I purchased. I especially appreciated the friendly, easygoing style Mark has-not the typical pressure/hard sales environment. I felt like they really wanted to get me in a great car at a great value. Bonuses to this dealer include lifetime of free car washes and a cool auto butler detailing service. And of course I am rest easy with the included maintenance and free roadside assistance! If you want to be treated like a person, go to this dealership. I've been to a lot of dealerships before, VW and other, and I think they forget that in order to get the sale, you have to treat me like dealership. After all, we are the one's looking to drop $20-$30k....and I think most dealerships forget that little tidbit. Kevin Barth was my salesman, and he was personable and friendly. More than that, he listened and respected me and my time. I was there with my family at the time, and the whole experience was exceptional. I've been to other dealerships with my family, and I think they looked at my kids as a bother. Not here....it was great all around, and I have already recommended them to someone else. Jim was his sales manager, and he too was just as great as Kevin. Never once was I turned off by anything either of them did or said. More than that, because I have had poor experiences elsewhere, it was refreshing to have this type of experience...so much so that I wanted to buy the car from them and not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a VW, don't waste your time....just go to this dealership and ask for Kevin. More
