I feel the terms of the sale were fair and reasonable to both the buyer and seller. Its wonderful to walk out with a new car and not feel you have left a significant amount of money on the table. We purchased a new Jetta on New Years Eve. It was a fabulous experience to say goodbye to the old and welcome in the new car. As our car was being detailed and polished, Matt spent the afternoon reviewing all the specifics on instrumentation. His sense of humor was greatly appreciated. From the moment I walked in the door, the salesmen were very friendly and helpful. They did not push me to one car over another, in fact, they made sure I considered other cars than the one I first was dr very friendly and helpful. This by far is the most honest dealer that I have gone to. Just recently I visited VW of Orland and the customer service and integrity of the staff was horrible. They were trying to charge me for somethin to. Just recently I visited VW of Orland and the customer service and integrity of the staff was horrible. They were trying to charge me for something that I didnt need and then tried to say that I let someone mess with my transmission. Well once they looked, they were the only one who had services my trans. I called Fox Valley and explained the situation and they immediately thought that something was suspicious. I took my car to them the very next day to look at the same problem and of course they saw no problem and to top it off Fox Valley didnt charge me a thing to look at the vehicle. VW of Orland wanted to charge me $287 to top off fluids that were not missing and an additional $99 to diagnose that I needed the fluids (complete scammers and rip offs). Renee, the mechanic rode in the car with me to verify the problem (that was not a problem) and Ryan was very helpful as well. He got me in the very next day and even ordered a cosmetic part for my car (no questions asked). Although a bit pricier than other VW dealers, I definitely recommend Fox Valley just to avoid the aggravation of other places. More
