Was told the car was in great condition other then the drivers sun visor broken. Was told it would be fixed before we picked up the car. Then the alternator went out and we were told one more day. After the alternator was put it some other electrical problem happened. Now its been 6 days and still no car and again I'm told one more day.I was told the rental car I had to get would be paid for and now its not. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are liars and dont care about their customers. I will spread the word any way I can to let people know to never purchase a car from Fox Valley Volkswagen. This is a terrible dealership and I wish I never went there.
