He made me and my wife very comfortable through the process of the purchase and definitely made it smooth and easy without spending hours at the dealership. Greg the sales manager also was great. He did everything he could to make the purchase go through. He gave me the best price right away and by far was the cheapest place around. Kudo's to both of these guys!! I will definitely be back here in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone. More

Smooth, quick and listened. Walked into dealership, met Leonardo. Told him why I was there and within 10 minutes I was looking at a 2019 Tiguan and test driving it. Smooth exper Walked into dealership, met Leonardo. Told him why I was there and within 10 minutes I was looking at a 2019 Tiguan and test driving it. Smooth experience. Leonardo was showing some of the options and capabilities of the Tiguan. He was knowledgeable about the car, because when I asked a question he did not hesitate and answered right away. Later in the day, I returned to the dealership as I was looking at other brands and vehicles also. I had more specific questions for Leonardo regarding the Tiguan, like trim levels, options and colors. I also wanted to talk numbers. He was honest and told me how they do things at Fox Valley VW. No run around, no back and forth, no need to compete with other dealerships. Based on my research, the numbers he gave me were acceptable. I asked him if he had a certain trim, color (exterior and interior) on the lot. He checked. 5 minutes later it was parked outside. Of course there was no pressure from Leonardo, he told me I can think about it come back later in the week, etc. I took one more look a that the car and said "Let's do it!" Shook hands and then started the paper work. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Tiguan in Habanero Orange. Leonardo (and the rest of the staff) at Fox Valley VW, made the entire car purchase and pleasant experience which I was already dreading to begin with. Thank You!! More
