Warranty items resolved I brought my car car in for service to take care of 3 items covered under CPO warranty. Parking brake was not releasing and sticking, rear door latch I brought my car car in for service to take care of 3 items covered under CPO warranty. Parking brake was not releasing and sticking, rear door latch not unlocking always, and AC was not blowing cold always. Issues was diagnosed, parts ordered and car repaired. How many people can say they have bought 4 cars from the same dealership. They have a low-pressure approach without all the chaos of other dealerships. No bell ringing or the sales manager breathing down your neck to make a deal and take you through the wringer. It feels like being In an Apple store each time I’m there. The owners are always in the dealership to make sure their customers are happy with their sale or service. We recently had an outstanding experience with Rob Milam, who I purchased a used GTI from. I received an amazing deal and very happy with the price and quality of the used car. He has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy with our new car. A few days after the purchase I noticed a noise from the front end and returned the car for service. I made a service appointment with Matt Pease and he was very apologetic for the inconvenience and got me an appointment the next day after my call. Matt and the mechanics had the car for 2 days and replaced several parts to rid the car of the noise. The car is even better than when I bought it. They truly went above and beyond my expectations! I am just an extremely satisfied customer for the 4th time and needed to give back to them by writing this, they deserve a 5-star reputation (there is no incentive to me for this honest review). IF something isn’t right, give them the opportunity to correct it before writing a bad review. They will make it right; they care about their customers and want you back to buy again. We have referred many friends and family and not a single person has been disappointed. More

Matt and his team were very considerate, made sure that my vehicle was given priority because I was heading out of state on a road trip and even made sure I had a loaner or ride to and from work while my vehicle was being worked on.
