Job done right I had an EPS light illuminated. It turns out that this is a major problem and the cause of it was the timing chain on my 2013 Beetle had become loose I had an EPS light illuminated. It turns out that this is a major problem and the cause of it was the timing chain on my 2013 Beetle had become loose. The shop diagnosed the problem and also discovered that it had lead to ruining the turbo unit. This was not a cheap repair so thank goodness I bought the extended warranty plan! The shop communicated with me throughout the repair process and gave me a loaner vehicle until the job was done. My car is running like a top again! More

Ozzy Sarwar Friday night we stopped by at Fox Valley Volkswagen in Schaumburg, Illinois. We went inside showroom and we where greeted as soon as we walked in by a Friday night we stopped by at Fox Valley Volkswagen in Schaumburg, Illinois. We went inside showroom and we where greeted as soon as we walked in by a very straight up guy Ozzy Sarwar. We told him our situation and what we where looking for and he directed us to what we was looking for and even though he knew our situation he didn’t give up. We where nervous and he help us and motivated us and was straight up forward. I had been at a different dealer and they treated us poorly. The service we received by Ozzy was superior and we want to thank him for all his help and time. We was there Saturday because we couldn’t decided which atlas we liked and Ozzy took the time and I felt bad because he could helped and gotten other customers while we decided but he stuck by us the whole time and I appreciate all his help and honesty. I wish more sales guys where like him, I highly recommend Ozzy and for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle there check him out you won’t be disappointed. More
