Poor follow through When I purchased the used car, I was told I would be given a call to follow up on items owed. This never happened. I had to call each day for info and didn't get any info about why it took longer or what was going on. It felt like I was being strung along. When I picked up the car, floor mats where not even in the car and I had to go back to obtain them. More
