very pleased with service and accomodations received I bought a 2017 Subaru Forrester and couldn't be happier with it. The tires were worn, so they replaced them with new, I had a scuff/rub on my bumper I bought a 2017 Subaru Forrester and couldn't be happier with it. The tires were worn, so they replaced them with new, I had a scuff/rub on my bumper and some chipping paint that they made look like new, while given a loaner car to use so I wouldn't be trapped while they did repairs. Misleading and a waste of time I inquired online about a very specific car and had a salesman call me back right away (‘Pat from Castle Subaru). We assured me the car was available I inquired online about a very specific car and had a salesman call me back right away (‘Pat from Castle Subaru). We assured me the car was available, we did some price negotiating to make sure we would be able to come a price we’d both be happy with. I told him I’d be in the following day to purchase the car (I had already test drove at another dealership and was just looking for a specific model /color/features at this point). Pat followed up with a couple texts to again reassure me all was on track. The next morning I told him I was on my way, but I lived an hour away , so it would be some time before I got there. When I finally arrived, I asked for Pat. The first salesman I met hesitantly told me that Pat does not actually work in the dealership , but essentially works remotely and handles a variety of online inquiries-this was far from what he lead me to believe the previous day. Further more, the car I just drove an hour to get Had been told to someone else that morning. We drove home angry, annoyed and without the call. I send Pat two more follow up texts asking him to explain himself, to which he never responded to either. Later that day , I was able to find a car at another dealership and ended up having a lovely experience with them. More
