Incapable of servicing properly a one-year old Forester That they sold to me, no less. Stripped the threads on the oil plug, had to put in a whole new oil pan. Covered under warranty, but cost me 2 hours and 45 minutes of my life, that I was planning on using to visit my father-in-law in the hospital. (they did offer me a loaner, but that would've meant driving 20 miles and back again) I have no confidence in their technicians. More
