They both worked with me to get me to my price point. They made me comfortable and kept me happy by giving me more than I asked for my current vehicle. I knew what features I wanted in the 2017 Forester, and they did not have it on the lot, but he found one that was in transit to another dealer. It was scheduled to arrive the first week of May, but Jon called me April 28 to let me know it was at Castle Subaru! We went to pick it up the next day, and Jon, again, made me feel like I was his first priority by going over all the features that I had in my Forester. The only thing I was not extremely happy with was the other Dave who was the finance guy. My boyfriend was with me and we both felt he was rushing us. We wanted to make sure everything was correct before signing. I get it was a Saturday and he does this everyday but I don't, and wanted to make sure I understood everything before signing. I even referred my friend to this dealership and she bought a 2017 Forester the same day I did! I live in Crown Point and I will continue to do business with Castle Subaru. It is well worth drive to get this level of service. More

DECEPTIVE PRATICES DECEPTIVE PRACTICES: On 4-21-2017 I reviewed this dealership's web site and took interest in a Subaru Forrester that was listed on this site at this DECEPTIVE PRACTICES: On 4-21-2017 I reviewed this dealership's web site and took interest in a Subaru Forrester that was listed on this site at this dealership. I contacted CASTLE and spoke with a salesperson and asked if the vehicle I was looking at was available, and was told NO, it was gone. When I asked why was it still listed I then was switched over to the Manager who stated they did in fact have this vehicle. I provided the manager with the entire vehicle identification number and he verified it was there, so I scheduled a test drive for Saturday at 8;45 am. I was told the vehicle would be ready for my wife and me to test drive at that time. The salesperson even sent me a message to verify the test drive and me to ask for the Sales Manager DAVE when I arrived. On Saturday at 8:45 I met with Dave and he directed us to a salesperson named Frank, this person brought a vehicle similar to the one discussed the day before however, it wasn't the same vehicle because it had a different vehicle identification number and was optioned out differently. Frank the salesperson had Dave the Manager look into this discrepancy and after approx. 5 minutes I was told that vehicle was not there but could be there by May 23rd. I believe this dealer intentionally lied to get us to drive to their dealership on hopes that maybe we might like a different vehicle other than the one discussed the day before. After spending most of my professional career working with car dealers, I must say I am not surprised however, I am appalled at this type of deceptive practice. TAKE NOTE: If the dealer lies to you just to get you to visit his/her dealership how will they treat you at a later date More
