Stephanie Bazaar, made the business transition a breeze, combining experienced knowledge and a kindness not seen often in today's world. 3. Last but certain not least, was Kim Shikles who patiently held the hand of my wife and I by revealing that many features of the Forester we purchased in a hands on manner we've never experienced. First, rip you off on your trade in. Say they have to do so much to your car but do nothing and and try to sell it for three times what they gave you for it. Push paint protection which I repeated that I DID NOT want. Then they sound like they threw it in for free. That was 1,400 USD and a two weeks later I had a stain in the paint they told me we will set up a appointment and never did. I repeated many times I didn't want the extended warranty. They continued to push and push until my blood sugar was low and signed it. I will advise anybody looking for a Subaru to look somewhere else. I have bought many cars in my life I never believed I could be treated like a idiot like I was. If this is how they treat veterans they should be ashamed. Went in thinking I was buying a 29,000 car walked out paying 39,000. They seem nice but fake as heck. The only guy that was honest and helpful was Kim the tech guy. Overall, car is ok, dealership bad. I didn't even want to give them one star but that is the lowest. More

They accommodated our work schedules and the fact that we live outside of Indiana, and so we did the whole deal online!! They even delivered the car to our location of choice! Buyer beware! Bought a used car, and week later nothing but problems. Car was in a accident , had electrical issues cost me lots of time and money, and lost severa Bought a used car, and week later nothing but problems. Car was in a accident , had electrical issues cost me lots of time and money, and lost several thousands getting rid of it. They said they would pay for half, didn't get it!! Learn from me and get a 3rd party mechanic or another dealer to inspect! Get it checked out front to back, top to bottom inspected and look for accident damage. Don't rely on reports, clean history reports, and paperwork they provide. More
