The Castle Difference I was in the market for a new small SUV and I was interested in the Forester as one my choices. My father purchased an Outback closer to home but rec I was in the market for a new small SUV and I was interested in the Forester as one my choices. My father purchased an Outback closer to home but recommended Castle based on recommendations from other Subaru owners. So we took the trip out there and we were both impressed. Our salesman and Subaru enthusiast was Sava Micic, I believe he said that was his second or third day there and you could tell he was hooked on the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles overall and very knowledgeable on what they had on the lot. I told him what I was looking for and that's what he showed me. We went through the options on the vehicle, took it on a test drive, and settled on a price. He then introduced me to the other insurance, financing, and warranty folks; all of which were knowledgeable in their areas. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed to really enjoy their work. Overall this was a great experience, both my father and I were impressed. Subaru is a great brand, with great vehicles and customer service overall, but once you drive onto the Castle lot, you will notice the difference. More
