I was going to compare it to a Honda CRV touring that I drove a few days before. The Outbacks ride is smooth, it is beautiful inside and has lots of extras! My salesman Bill Kreitzer helped make the purchase very easy without any hastle or doubts that I would be taken care of. Kim another salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased as far as how the gadgets and electronics operated. Very very pleased with everything all the way around. Test drove a 2017/Bought a 2018 without same options We test drove a 2017 Touring Forester. This Subaru had keyless access and push button start. Frank Salinas was pleased to show us the keyless featur We test drove a 2017 Touring Forester. This Subaru had keyless access and push button start. Frank Salinas was pleased to show us the keyless features and the push button start. We then began our negotiations and chose the Limited Forester. There was little to no discussion about this model and we did not know that we had chosen a vehicle without a push button start. We did not test drive the 2018 model that Frank had gotten for us. That's on us. We did get a call from Dave Eisin. Unless willing to increase the cost of the vehicle by 3K to 4K, we won't be getting a push button start. So we will learn to use a key again. Just not completely happy after spending that kind of money. And not anything that can be done to fix it. Live and learn. More
