And just like first time frank was very helpful. He got is in to the exact car we were looking for. And the finance manager (I forgot his name) got us into a good warrenty and helped us with gap coverage. They also overnighted us a few items I left in my old car. Over all a great experience and id highly recommend going to castle subaru in portage. Definitely talk to Frank if your looking to get into a new or used car. More

Way overpriced Oil change of less than 5 quarts and a tire rotation came to 100$. All the local shops are at 60 to 70$ in comparison. And when asking the reps re 600 Oil change of less than 5 quarts and a tire rotation came to 100$. All the local shops are at 60 to 70$ in comparison. And when asking the reps re 6000K changes for sythetic being too frequent they seemed to take offense and started spouting nonsense about other brands that recommend 10K changes using sythetic (ive driven Porsche and Mercedes and 10K for sythetic is the recommendation). Anyways, the rep was making all sorts of claims about speaking daily to mercedes and porsche techs... really. Not coming back. Tried them with buying a car as they are next door and that was a negative experience, and tried them once for service. Fully healed now. More

Great service We first called Subaru Gurley Leep in South Bend where we purchased our car. They said for us to leave it...it would take half a day to look at it. It is a good distance from Westville and we would have to drive it twice! We then called Castle and the service dept said to bring it in and they would look at it. If we needed something, they could order it and we could come back if they didn't have the part. They took our car in immediately and we knew within an hr. what was wrong. They had the replacement part and fixed our car. We will definitely come back to Castle for our Subaru needs!!! More

He was warm and had a great sense of humor which I find important. I definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Everyone we dealt with was very welcoming. Justin was awesome too and had us laughing to the point that the time seemed to fly while waiting for some of the paperwork. My only complaint and I have this complaint at any dealership is how long it takes to process all the paperwork. I am very happy with my vehicle and look forward to many years of being a Castle Subaru Mitsubishi customer. More
