Always exceptionally treated I came in to have a fog light car replaced along with another light that was out and was told that the light was till under warranty. Never Again! BUYER BEWARE! My daughter and I went to purchase two Subaru’s this past weekend. The salesman, Derrick, was very kind and accommodated us in test dr BUYER BEWARE! My daughter and I went to purchase two Subaru’s this past weekend. The salesman, Derrick, was very kind and accommodated us in test driving several vehicles. However, when we finally went to sign the paperwork, they slipped in a nearly $1,000 extra charge for a wear and tear program on both vehicles that we never approved and they raised the promised interest rate on both of our loans to 6%! Thankfully we read the contract carefully prior to signing it! When I told the financial guy about the discrepancy, he said all banks were closed and there was no way to negotiate a lower interest rate. I set down the car keys on his desk and told him that I was walking away from the deal rather than get scammed by them! Suddenly they were able to lower our interest rate to the originally promised rate! What scammers! Watch them carefully when you go to sign your contract! When we left, my daughter’s car was clean and had a full tank of gas. I had requested the back seat of my car be cleaned. I was told their weekend staff was poor and that I have to drive it back this week, drop it off for a rental, then pick my car up again cleaned. I only had a little over a quarter tank when I drove off the lot. More
