We bought the car late in the evening so time was a bit of a crunch, but asked me to come back in when I had a chance so that he could take the time to go over all the new features with me. No pressure sales tactics maintains a cooperative atmosphere opposed to an advisarial one. Eventually, Ricky C. asked us if we needed help and from there forward we were treated very well. Ricky was very patient answering all our questions and addressing all of our concerns. Would of given 5 stars but the finance person kept pushing us to purchase the extended warranty. The hard sales approach felt a little awkward and uncomfortable. More
