Frustrating For the second time they took it upon themselves to do something to my car without asking. Ask to speak to manager and they said he wasn’t there. He understood our situation and what we were looking for as far as a car and a deal, and he did everything that he could to make sure we got what we wanted. He was incredilbly knowledgable about the Outback and all the great features it has to offer. I've owned two outbacks previously, and he showed me things about the model I never even knew! We bought the car late in the evening so time was a bit of a crunch, but asked me to come back in when I had a chance so that he could take the time to go over all the new features with me. I highly recommend this delear and am very satisfied with my car and the sales experience. More

Purchasing a new car is a big investment so when it came time to buy I was allowed to test drive several different models and trim levels. No pressure sales tactics maintains a cooperative atmosphere opposed to an advisarial one. As a customer you should feel in control of the process, as I did, when making the final call to buy or not without the usual “what can I do to get you into this car today” routine. Slow start finished strong. Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Parking lot was packed with vehicles everywhere. Wasn't obvious where to park so had to drive around the building to locate a spot. Entered the showroom and there was no one immediately available to greet us. Place was busy. Eventually, Ricky C. asked us if we needed help and from there forward we were treated very well. Ricky was very patient answering all our questions and addressing all of our concerns. Would of given 5 stars but the finance person kept pushing us to purchase the extended warranty. The hard sales approach felt a little awkward and uncomfortable. More
