Jay (saleperson) and his Mgr decided to take possession of truck that broke down, that I had to tow at my expense. They did not ask if we were okay or state any intentions or permissions to take the vehicl of truck that broke down, that I had to tow at my expense. They did not ask if we were okay or state any intentions or permissions to take the vehicle. The manager to the service dept. were coming to get the vehicle and didn't even speak to us. A week later I receive a text to proceed with transaction. I have never heard of such uncooth and clear disregard for a customer. I want nothing to do with them or their vehicle I could have died in a vehicle the lost power totally on the highway. They even changed the price on the truck while I sat in the dealership, (OH, we will honor the original price.) Possession means you felt entitled to the truck, now have at it. More
WORST experience yet again with this dealerships service department! Dealt with Sam I’m guessing he’s full name is Samantha! I just bought a car from a few weeks ago & the check engine light is back on for department! Dealt with Sam I’m guessing he’s full name is Samantha! I just bought a car from a few weeks ago & the check engine light is back on for the second time. I set up a time to take it in, they take me to work & after 4hrs I had to call to get an update! Then the dumb girl Sam had the audacity to tell me they cannot see the future to know my car was going to need work, she said and the fact it under warranty and getting fixed for free I shouldn’t complain. I was LIVID!!!! Then this illiterate girl gave the driver to pick me up the wrong address & had me waiting outside in the heat for almost 30 minutes and blew it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. So I had to have my co worker take me up there to get my car & the stupid girl gave me my key and didn’t tell me where my car was so when technically they should pull your car up! The is the absolute WORST place. Then I called her manager and all he could say is they have high customer service scores!! Incompetent! They all are! Then I’ve called for the General Manager, left two messages and he has YET to call me back. These kind of places give u A-1 service when you’re buying one of their raggedy cars but after the purchase everyone is so busy!! I will be back for part two.. There is more!! More

Love Subaru Service Dept. They are ready as soon as I pull my car in no waiting always ontime with appt. Always in and out on my way when dropping off or picking up my car. After another service event, I will be going back when necessary. Every time I take my car there for service I wait hours for a call back and end up having to go back to have something redone.
