Professional Service Quick Lane very professional, helpful, and courteous. I arrived on a Sat because of a dead battery. No appointment. Nicole brought my Mustang in and q Quick Lane very professional, helpful, and courteous. I arrived on a Sat because of a dead battery. No appointment. Nicole brought my Mustang in and quickly had it looked at. Needed a new battery. She looked up the history and battery was still under warrantee. Had time for an oil change and was out quickly. When I got back home I noticed the rocker panel trim under the driver's door was hanging. Clips were broken towards the rear. I thought it was accidentally broken on the lift during servicing. I called Nicole and she was very nice and said bring it back in and they'll fix it. I scheduled it for Wednesday. Went back on Wednesday morning and got right in. They showed me all the clips were either broken or about to break on both sides of the car due to wear and tear. They were going to fix the broken ones on the driver side for free. Knowing the rest would probably break soon I asked Nicole to replace all of them on both sides and I'd pay for all of them. Nicole quickly got the work done and even got me a discount on the labor. Nicole was always very nice. She never made me feel as if I was in the wrong even though I mistakenly thought they broke the clips. Other service centers can make you feel like you're on the defensive, but Nicole was always sincerely friendly and just wanted to help. Really appreciated her efforts and it was a pleasure working with her. More

I had just had ankle surgery and John had the vehicle pulled up into the garage for us to look at so I didn't have to try to roll around outside and look at it. Finance did a great job streamlining the process, as much as it could be. Very happy with the service we received, we'll be back next time we need a vehicle. More
