I wish I would have never dealt with medved. I wish I could put a negative amount of stars on this rating. Medved at castle rock was the worst. They told me and my co signer that we had a deal and that we were able to drive off the lot that day. What should have been a red flag they let us leave without a bill of sale, temporary registration or insurance. But this was our first time that we had bought a car with out our parents because we're still pretty young and didn't know what we should have been looking for. When they realized that they took complete advantage of us. Two weeks later they told us that we either needed another co signer to make a deal or we needed to take the car back. So we took their car back and asked for our trade in. I have never been faced with so many unprofessional supervisors in my life! They said that they "lost or destroyed" my license plates. Why did they do that then make me return their car? It wasn't until I called the cops that they were willing to talk to us. After asking us to lie to the police because they lost our plates. And they told us that since they didn't have them to take a copy of the registration and that if we got pulled over tell the police officer that the plates were stolen. All I have to say is NEVER purchase a car from medved castle rock. I will NEVER recommend medved to anyone! More

An excellent new truck purchase experience Ryan Pacheco called from Medved shortly after I contacted them via their website. I had included my "Build&Price" info from Ford's website. He said he'd look over it and see what vehicles are similar and available since my build was not commonly available. After a few back-and-forth, he said that there just wasn't anything like that available but he could order it. It took all of 30 minutes of my time to get the order in. Ryan was always friendly, responsive, and considerate. This was my third purchase from Medved over the years. I've tried buying from the dealers in COS, but they never seem too interested in finding what I want. If they don't have what I want sitting on the lot, they just don't appear to want to bother. Ryan made the whole process easy and I thank him for his attention! More

Terrible Experience What a terrible experience with this place. I bought a new car over a month ago and traded In my old one. My trade in has YET to be paid off yet and I now have late payments showing up on my credit report. I was told the payment would be hand delivered weeks ago and finding out I now have a negative credit report is ridiculous. My sales rep Michael L does not return any of my phone calls and sure he doesn't care. Michelle in financing has been no help and both of these people have told me the same answer weeks ago and it still has not been paid. Managers don't even follow up or return my phone calls inregards to this matter. Terrible. Experience. More

Great Car Buying Experience I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 15 years and I typically do not like working with salespeople and attempting to work up a great deal, however, Letici I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 15 years and I typically do not like working with salespeople and attempting to work up a great deal, however, Leticia and Richard made the process rather enjoyable and I walked away feeling that I was treated fairly. Not what I expected at all after working with other dealerships. They made the new car buying experience well worth the 15 year wait.
