Eric showed is exactly what we were looking for and there was no pressure at all from him during the deal. The process went smooth from beginning to end. The best of the best. My wife and I are both young adult pre-med students. Obviously, our credit rating is a "baby score" considering the length of time we've had it. I don't care if you have a 550 or a 750, you need to come to MedVed. Our salesman Aaron was helpful to the MAXIMUM. We showed up, informed him of our budget and wish-list, and he wasted no time getting started. Our situation was fairly complicated. 1 - We only had a $1,000 down payment. 2 - Our income is 30k yearly, and 16k of that is VERY complicated to assign as income. 3 - We wanted reliable, well maintained, low miles. All of this we wanted for around $200 a month with not very good credit. I can't even believe the how helpful the staff was in getting us into a vehicle. Every car we looked at we were given immense details on and we were quoted the price right away. Aaron didn't even remotely attempt to up sell us. He kept us in our budget the entire time and put up with us test driving numerous vehicles. When asking about other vehicles in our price range, he didn't even hesitate to inform us of the mileage. He genuinely had our best interest at heart. I can't even explain how appreciative I am of that. When negotiating the price of the vehicle, another salesman named Eric came along. Eric was professional and courteous to our every need. He talked numbers with us over a few different models, with various ranges of down payment. Even complex questions were answered immediately. He talked us through the process of refinancing down the road for a better interest rate, was willing to haggle on the sticker price, etc. The combination of these two guys made this entire process smooth and left me feeling more satisfied than any other dealership my wife and I visited. We shopped around dealerships all day. Colorado Springs, Denver, surrounding cities, etc. I can't even begin to tell you how fed up we were with the salespeople and management trying to take advantage of us. My father was in the car business for 20 years before he passed, I knew a lot of the tricks that salespeople used. One dealership went so far as to try and push us into a car that met NONE of our requirements. When we refused to purchase, the general manager snarled and told us "we couldn't find anything." WRONG. We left MedVed in a 2014 Ford Focus SE with low mileage in tip top shape. We got the car for over $2,000 off NADA and KBB value. I can't even believe two first time car buying college students were able to qualify for a vehicle of this magnitude. We got our payment range we wanted, we were able to put our hopeful $1,000 down, and we even had wiggle room to purchase the upgraded bumper to bumper warranty. While we were there, we ran into the owner of MedVed's son and talked the philosophy of such a great car dealership. His words were simple. "You know why you like this place so much? That man on the wall [referring to his father]. We believe it's better to earn loyal customers who will then in turn market us by word of mouth. We value honesty and want to help anyone of any background." I can't thank this staff enough. Honestly. Aaron, Eric, and everyone else. You made a dream come true we didn't think was possible at this stage in our life. Every person I know will officially be referred to MedVed. More
