Great , promp, personal service. I was a first time customer. Brought my new escape in for oil change. I did not have an appointment, but Nikki took me in. Nikki called me after a few minutes and explained to me that since the vehicle was purchased at another dealer they might have a first time free oil change. She offered to call the other dealer and check with them to see if they still offered the free service. After she checked with them she called me be back and explained the other dealer no longer offered the free service. At that point I had decided I was going to have Medved service my vehicle anyway because she had gone over and above what I thought would be her normal job and I wanted to establish a working relationship with Medved since I live close to the store. Thanks to Nikki I'll be back. More

Kyle listened well, made himself available to answer questions in person and on the phone, took us for demo rides, and most importantly, he was not pushy. If any salesperson gets too full of themselves, I always walk away, I mean run away, but Kyle was the prefect match for our buying style. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALESMEN We were shopping for a used SUV. After looking at all of the new vehicles we were looking at the used cars. I would highly recommend Aaron with his no pressure approach. This is the second vehicle we have bought from MEDVED which is where we always go first. Alex made it really simple to narrow my options based on what I needed and gave me the tools I needed to do my own research. They demonstrated professional follow-up and respected my time. When I returned Kyle and Alex walked me through the remaining options and happily demonstrated the features I was interested in. Negotiation is annoying. But not at Medved. They show highly competitive discounts up front and were willing to work with my budget. They were also open and honest throughout the whole negotiation process. We didn't play the "I need to ask my manager" game, instead the manager, Tavis, came out and spoke with me directly. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Alex and Kyle to anyone looking to buy a new Ford. More
