I had intended to just test drive the Ford F250 and F350 trucks, then head to the Chevy, GM. and Dodge dealerships for truck by truck comparisons. I tend to buy new vehicles often so I had my typical expectations for going into dealerships, however Saife provided an experience I had yet to see and the A Class service of Saife and his team lead me to buy a Ford F350 that night and not venture to the competitors lots. Very enjoyable car buying experience Both Kyle and Tavish were amazing to work with. We were looking for a new Ford Escape and liked a version at the Medved dealership in Castle Rock, b Both Kyle and Tavish were amazing to work with. We were looking for a new Ford Escape and liked a version at the Medved dealership in Castle Rock, but not the color. When we came back the next day, Tavish had trucked up the color and features we wanted from Colorado Springs. Kyle was great about answering all of our questions and working with us to reach a satisfactory price. He even took us around the dealership and introduced us to the service folks. The General Sales Manager also came by several times asking if there was anything he could do for us. We love our new car and very much enjoyed our experience at Castle Rock Medved More
