Very enjoyable car buying experience Both Kyle and Tavish were amazing to work with. We were looking for a new Ford Escape and liked a version at the Medved dealership in Castle Rock, b Both Kyle and Tavish were amazing to work with. We were looking for a new Ford Escape and liked a version at the Medved dealership in Castle Rock, but not the color. When we came back the next day, Tavish had trucked up the color and features we wanted from Colorado Springs. Kyle was great about answering all of our questions and working with us to reach a satisfactory price. He even took us around the dealership and introduced us to the service folks.
