I've purchased countless vehicles in my lifetime and have had horrific experiences - dealers that lie to you just to get you into their dealership, pressuring you to buy a car saying that the car you want "will sell fast, so you better buy it now before its gone" as if these cars are "unicorns". John Cook at Medved Ford delivered on exactly what he said he would do for me. He was honest and straightforward before AND after the sale.
