Shawn O'Neill and Tavis Hagans made numerous calls to track down this SUV and Mr. Medved made sure that the car was returned to the dealership that night! The SUV was detailed, oil changed and tank filled. Shawn took his time going over every aspect of the car with me and answered all of my questions. My husband and I were so impressed with the service and the genuine kindness of Shawn, Tavis and Mr. Medved. We had just relocated from CA and had only been here three days and Shawn went out of his way not only with getting us going with the SUV but also sharing information about Castle Rock. Our daughter will turn 16 soon and we will return to this dealership and work with Shawn to purchase our next car. Truly amazing service! More

I've purchased countless vehicles in my lifetime and have had horrific experiences - dealers that lie to you just to get you into their dealership, pressuring you to buy a car saying that the car you want "will sell fast, so you better buy it now before its gone" as if these cars are "unicorns". John Cook at Medved Ford delivered on exactly what he said he would do for me. He was honest and straightforward before AND after the sale. Customer service is important to me as i'm in a service-oriented business myself. John truly exceeded my expectations making my truck purchase seemless - he was mindful of my personal time constraints.
