Shawn O'Neil Awesome Customer Service and very respectful!!! I had been looking around deciding between a Mustang or a Challenger. I drove both at other dealerships but when it came time to discuss details, I wa I had been looking around deciding between a Mustang or a Challenger. I drove both at other dealerships but when it came time to discuss details, I was treated very unprofessionally. I remembered that my daughter and son-in-law bought an Explorer and a Fusion last year. I called and made an appointment with Shawn O'Neil who helped my daughter. From the time I walked on the lot everyone I ran into was very friendly and courteous. I asked for Shawn and they found him right away and I told him what I was looking for in a Mustang. After driving two different models I decided in the one that was best for me. Unfortunately they did not have the Lightening Blue I wanted. Shawn sat down with me at his computer and brought up all of the cars in the state that met my colors. We found the one I wanted at another dealership in Denver and they could not pick it up until the next day. It was late on the 4th of July and I completed all the paperwork that day. Shawn drove to the dealership in Denver the next day picked up my car brought to the dealership had it ready to go for me that afternoon. He took the time to review everything on the car, warranties, etc. I asked for something to be added that was not in my model and they said no problem. Susan in service called me the next day and said the part was in and when I did I want to schedule? I told her Friday would work the best and she said no problem and we confirmed a time. When I brought it in on Friday Susan was very professional and even remember to wish me happy birthday that happened a few days earlier. Susan called me a few hours later and told me the car was ready. When I showed up Susan was very helpful and Shawn O'Neil had them call him when I came in so he could make sure everything was to my specifications. We went out to my car and went over everything which was perfect. I have been in the hospitality and business world for over forty years and this is customer service at its best. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone whether you are in need of a new or a used vehicle. Give Shawn a try and you won't be disappointed. Mark More

The SUV was detailed, oil changed and tank filled. Shawn took his time going over every aspect of the car with me and answered all of my questions. My husband and I were so impressed with the service and the genuine kindness of Shawn, Tavis and Mr. Medved. We had just relocated from CA and had only been here three days and Shawn went out of his way not only with getting us going with the SUV but also sharing information about Castle Rock.
