We met Shawn O'Neill and subsequently Sales Manager Tavis Hagans. We presented Shawn with our purchase capabilities and limitations. We allowed him with some flexibility in the vehicle options and he and Tavis worked within those limitations. They found what we wanted and within our specifications. Not only that, they made us a deal that we were happy with. My wife and I had a pleasurable experience. I have to say that Shawn is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He provided us with the best post purchase vehicle explanation of the vehicle features that I have ever received. He was precise and quick, speaking as if he had made the car himself, but in a way that made you feel great about the purchase. This was one of the most stress free purchases of a vehicle that we have ever made. Beyond that, I found both Shawn O'neill and Tavis Hagans to be honest and sincere. They are both completely approachable, knowledgeable and likeable. We will totally seek them out for our next vehicle purchase. They had one in Stock Medved was the 2d Ford dealer that I went to Monday. I was met by Robert and he asked me what I was interested in. I told him that I wanted an F150 XL Medved was the 2d Ford dealer that I went to Monday. I was met by Robert and he asked me what I was interested in. I told him that I wanted an F150 XLT with at least a 10,000 lb tow capacity and the specific options that I wanted and the options which I found desirable. I expected to order a truck to get what I wanted. He spoke to a couple people and then introduced me to Kendall. Robert had informed Kendall of what I wanted and Kendall did a vehicle search. The vehicle he found, on their lot, was better equipped than what I wanted to pay and when I told Kendall this, he asked if they offered a good deal, would I take it. End of year 2017, it was a good deal and I am extremely happy. Today I took the truck in to have the Linux bed liner applied and Susan was most helpful. This is my 4th Ford truck. More
