Above and beyond Susan in the service dept went above an beyond to get my truck repaired. My master cylinder went bad and my truck was inoperable. To make things worse Susan in the service dept went above an beyond to get my truck repaired. My master cylinder went bad and my truck was inoperable. To make things worse, I was supposed to drive it to Wyoming the next day for my fathers funeral. She was able to get it in and repaired the same day and saved me a huge amount of inconvenience and I was able to focus on what mattered most. I can’t thank her and the staff at MEDVED Ford enough for their help!!! More
