Great Experience We have been 'shopping' for a new truck for about 3 years. I love my 20 year old truck but it was time for an upgrade. We went back and forth between We have been 'shopping' for a new truck for about 3 years. I love my 20 year old truck but it was time for an upgrade. We went back and forth between different brands and settled on a 2018 Ford based on the incentive program and the excellent rating from Consumer Reports. We were looking online for the model and package that we wanted and settled on Medved. I was shocked, but, we were able to make the purchase online! We couldn't get to Castle Rock until Monday but Robert said he would deliver the vehicle to us in Pueblo Saturday night. How crazy is that? We signed the paper work in our dining room and they left us a truck in the driveway. Everything was explained to us and it has worked out great so far. We received an email with videos and manuals on the vehicle specifics that will be useful. My only concern is we didn't receive a copy of the contract we signed for the extended warranty. We purchased it extra because we were told it had some really nice features. We would just like to get a copy of it so we know what those are! All in all, a great truck, great price, great customer service! We hope the future maintenance and service part goes as smoothly. We would definitely work with Robert again. More

Robert Duvall - an HONEST salesman! I just bought a truck from Robert Duvall at Medved Ford. He was pleasant, really listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle, and went well beyond wha I just bought a truck from Robert Duvall at Medved Ford. He was pleasant, really listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle, and went well beyond what I expected in order to find me the perfect truck. There was NO pressure to buy and no haggling over prices. I told Robert that I wanted a fair deal, and no "back and forth" BS figuring out the price of the vehicle. Robert was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at! After the sale, Robert spent over an hour with me, in the truck, showing me all the bells and whistles, and making sure my phone was set up correctly to communicate to the truck (i.e. Bluetooth for hands free phone, and Apps). I HIGHLY recommend Robert and the rest of the Medved Staff (Brad - the sales manager who helped find me possible vehicles to look at, and who did a lot of the paperwork. A.J. - the no pressure finance guy who closed my deal). This wad the best buying exprience I've EVER had!!! More

oil leak that wasnt there before your servicing ! i went to have a simple oil change during this last week! Car has 70,000 miles , 2010 ford fusion 6 cyl. Never a problem. I pulled in with none, And no oil smell ! Now have the smell of oil ! wasnt there before! I checked the level of oil , Level is at proper level so no over spill ! Also drove car over one day ! Any slight spill would have burnt off ! Wouldnt you question this series of events ? I just put new tires on a short while ago, Maby 6,000 miles ago. I was told there in need of watching , I am really POed ! I now have to address a problem that wasnt there a day ago before i brought in for a simple servicing ! ALAN M More

I liked him instantly because he was not pushy but very helpful and knowledgeable. So, about a month and a half later, got in touch with Robert Duval again. He made the deal happen and got me the car I wanted. He was on top of everything through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone. More
