Honest review of my problem I am visiting Castle rock from WI. My Ford Explorer was just serviced in WI before the trip. Just after arriving in Castle rock the engine light cam I am visiting Castle rock from WI. My Ford Explorer was just serviced in WI before the trip. Just after arriving in Castle rock the engine light came on and stayed on. I dropped by MEDVED Ford unannounced and asked if they could look at the car. The car was out of 3 year warranty so I expected some type of cost associated with the light. Turns out the light was part of the transmission which is under a 5 year warranty. The service personnel advised me the issue was under warranty, which I would not have known. The cost for just checking the problem out was a minimum charge over $100.00. Long story short, all the charges were covered under the warranty. MEDVED ordered the part, temporarily fixed the car so it could be driven, and promptly called when the part came in. Couldn’t ask for better service, especially when my Ford Dealer was 1200 miles away. thanks to MEDVED Ford. More

He had to leave a message because we were unavailable, but on Monday we called and asked him about two 2019 Explorers we were interested in. He told us he would have them ready for us to look at a set time; it was a cold morning, and those two vehicles were ready for us when we got there with the snow removed. Ryan was very professional and helpful. This was our first experience with MedVed, and we would recommend them to other people. We also inquired about a part we wanted for the Explorer, and Ryan introduced us to the parts department manager, Todd Nelson.. The part was ordered, and we were able to pick it up the next day. The parts customer service folks were very friendly and helpful. More
