I'm just one of those people that feel each experience is unique to the person and everyone has a diff I never write reviews, I hardly ever read them. I'm just one of those people that feel each experience is unique to the person and everyone has a different standard they are expecting to be met. However, Mike Leininger and Jimmy created such an excellent standard of customer service, I felt the need to share. My husband and I went from a 2 car household to a no car household in 24 hours. We discussed that MedVed would be our best option and from the moment my husband set up a meeting with Jimmy we knew we had made the right decision. Jimmy was friendly, a great listener and made sure he could help us before we even drove down. Upon arrival Jimmy was helping another family, so we met with Mike who was incredibly welcoming and kind. He related to us from a stance of having kids and wanting the safest vehicle possible. He asked us what other things we wanted in a car, and we found one that was completely unexpected but checked every box. He was listened, and helped us through our circumstances and made sure we could drive off the lot same day to avoid the stress of having to figure out future travels. Once we agreed on a car, Jimmy sat and spoke to us while we waited for someone in Financing to be available. He was kind, relatable and made the time go by quickly by being personable and relatable. We weren't just forgotten about once the sale was made. Which was very refreshing for a dealership. Since then we have loved our car, and even had Mike check in a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was great customer service and we were happy to have gone to MedVed. If you're in need of a new vehicle I would recommend stopping by and working with these folks. More

Our Whirlwind Ranger Buying Experience!! We knew Ford Rangers were hard to come by, because of their high demand, so when Shawn O'Neill let us know Medved had some in for a test drive on a We We knew Ford Rangers were hard to come by, because of their high demand, so when Shawn O'Neill let us know Medved had some in for a test drive on a Wednesday, we figured we would test drive one, put in a requested order, and maybe get one in 10 weeks. That has always been our experience ordering our F-350 diesel, F-250 gas, and an Explorer, through other dealerships in other states we have lived in. We were more than pleasantly surprised--Shawn knew everything about that Ranger! We didn't even need to go home to think about it. Shawn researched everything that we wanted on the truck, put in a query on the computer, found our EXACT truck in the region on a Wednesday, had it delivered; we took our money to Medved on Thursday; Medved had the truck over to Linex on Friday morning for a Bed liner spray, and we picked up the Ranger THAT VERY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. It is a great vehicle to tow behind an RV. We've taken our F-250 truck to Medved for scheduled maintenance, tires, etc--and really like the crew in the service department. Now, we can add the Medved sales crew to our list too- Roger, the sales manager kept on top of the process, Shawn did all the "heavy lifting", and Alex in finance made sure the paperwork was completed smoothly. Everyone was professional, courteous, and had empathy toward us car buying customers--to make sure the experience was memorable in a good way! More

Purchase new F150 I started on Medved's web site and sent a message for a quote. I was contacted by the sales manager shortly after to set up an appointment and test dr I started on Medved's web site and sent a message for a quote. I met Kendall Saylor the following Saturday morning and as promised, the truck was ready for my inspection and test drive. Kendall was very thorough and patient with my multiple questions. Throughout this process there was no pressure and everything was very transparent. I would definitely recommend Kendall and Medved for a new vehicle. More
