It was really easy to check out all the choices that were important to me and take my time, we kinda made it an all day affair by choice rather than rush anything. New truck pricing & incentives/rebates were competitive but they came in low on my trade, which required some haggling to get to a fair exchange. Again, they were very professional throughout. Medved did the old school approach I've experienced elsewhere, where the finance person in the back room tries to sell some service plans and stuff. Their hiccup was not asking me what I actually wanted extra, such as a factory extended warranty or accessories financed in. Not a big deal since there's plenty of time to go back for that kind of stuff. More

Unbelievable service during purchase of 2019 Ford F150 I walked into Medved Ford and was greeted by Robert Duval. At no time while in his presence did I ever feel pressured. I inquired about the Ford F150 I walked into Medved Ford and was greeted by Robert Duval. At no time while in his presence did I ever feel pressured. I inquired about the Ford F150 ecoboost and boy did I get an education. This young man knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. I was so impressed with him and the quality of the truck I walked out of there with the truck with every rebate promised and great financing. I also had an opportunity to work with Brad Rafter who was also kind, cordial and most professional. A few days later I noticed the truck didn't have box link brackets mounted in the bed of the truck and there were no locking devices. I inquired about the devices and the following day I went back to the dealership and Robert Duval was happy to give them to me. Absolutely no hassles. Truly amazing! More
