John Cook was our sales person and he did a good job on the 2017 Jeep Rubicon I purchased. I did have a problem with management. When I got home I realized the windshield wipers were bad. They state they d the 2017 Jeep Rubicon I purchased. I did have a problem with management. When I got home I realized the windshield wipers were bad. They state they do a 172 point check on all used vehicles. I called and asked to see the 172 point checklist and was told they don't really have anything they can show you. You just have to trust them. I asked that they send me the new wiper blades that should have been on the checklist. This is a safety issue. I am lucky I did not get rain on my 70 mile drive home. Three days and 4 phone calls later I am told they can't ship them to me. I have to go buy them and send the receipt for payment. I just hope they checked everything else. Very poor communication between departments. More
