By using CARGURUS.com I found that there was a truck that met my criteria at Castle Rock Ford. My call was answered by John Garrard. He knows Ford trucks and respected my desire for a specific set of features. He answered all my questions clearly, and concisely. Unlike so many others sales consultants who seem to think if they waste your time for hours you will feel compelled to buy something just to get out of there. John and the dealership offered a fair price for my trade-in. They didn't try all the stupid tricks I ran into at other dealerships. John got me into the truck I wanted at a fair price on the new one and a fair price on my trade-in. All handled very professionally and in a friendly atmosphere.
