Seth matched us with a great truck for our needs. COVID made it super convenient in that the truck got dropped off at our house, paperwork was done over the phone and on our porch. I would give this dealership 0 stars if it were an option. I purchased a Ford F250. It's been 60 days from my purchase. No title. My state tax has NOT been paid. I still do not have a valid CPO ( option. I purchased a Ford F250. It's been 60 days from my purchase. No title. My state tax has NOT been paid. I still do not have a valid CPO (certified pre-owned) paperwork. My temp tag has expired. The finance paperwork had to be done 2x due to the incompetent employees. The miles reported by the dealership was incorrect by over 7000 miles. They are unorganized and have poor customer service. Very few of my calls get returned. I get an occasional text from the salesman every 2 weeks to say they are working on it. Worst buying experience ever. I recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More

John and the team at Castle Rock Ford changed the game for us. I came from the industry and knew the corridors, but I didn't need to fight back for what we wanted and needed.
