That’s a very cordial reply. When I called the number provided, no one had any idea who to contact. Left a message for sales manager, Shawn, and have not had a return call. When calling the title/payoff department, I was told they could not accept calls because they were “too busy.” They weren’t too busy to make the sale. Now have received a helpful call from the general manager, who has been out of town. He has committed to getting things straightened out. The change in dealer ownership has resulted in some transition issues, which he is actively addressing. He has committed to achieving a successful outcome. Things are looking up! 1/15/21 General manager did not call back as promised. Now, 2 day later, got call from a new general manager as other one from (2 days ago) is no longer there. New general manager stated that loan has been paid off. Called bank to confirm. Bank does not have any record of receipt. Have left 2 messages asking for tracking number for the check dealer says was sent. So far, have not received tracking number from dealer. 1/15/2021 PM Just received the tracking info and confirmed that FedEx delivered the check. Dealer ownership transfer had a few hiccups to work out. The new general manager is in place, has outstanding issues addressed and gets things done in a personable and professional manner. Upgrading my stars (addendum: actually couldn’t do upgrade on the site). Issue resolved and 5 stars to Roger...Thanks, Roger!
