Worst dealer experience I have ever had, and I have purchased over 50 autos in my lifetime. I love my Ford Trucks, but will never again purchase a vehicle from Castle Rock Ford. First, they signed a p purchased over 50 autos in my lifetime. I love my Ford Trucks, but will never again purchase a vehicle from Castle Rock Ford. First, they signed a purchase agreement for an F-350 Super Duty Truck, and agreed to a fixed trade in value for my old F-350 truck. But when the new truck came in, they reneged on the trade in value they had already agreed to in writing, and refused to honor the signed trade in and purchase agreement. Second, They treated me like the xxxx of the earth even though I was paying cash for the truck, and in-spite of me being extremely pleasant about them breaching the contract, they refused to honor the signed purchase agreement. Third, Since they refused to give me the agreed upon trade in value, I had another dealer offer to purchase my trade in from them at the agreed upon trade in price, as a buy back, so it wouldn't cost me extra taxes on the purchase price, but they refused to even work with the other dealership who wanted my trade in, even though it wouldn't cost Castle Rock Ford anything at all to do this. Don't buy from a dealer who wont honor a signed contract. More

I had to bring my truck into the service department for door repair and a recall. They had an issue with being short handed with mech and said they I might have to reschedule.
